Adding a Pool to a Pattaya House or Villa
A private pool is one of the features buyers and holiday renters look for most in a Pattaya or Jomtien house. Adding a pool – or replacing an old, tired one – can make a villa much more attractive to live in, to rent out or to sell.

How a Pool or Villa Project Works
- Send photos – photos of the garden or area, the village name and what you would like built.
- Site check – our team visits, measures and agrees the size, finishes and layout with you.
- Building – our team carries out the work, with photo updates while it is in progress.
- Ready to enjoy, rent or sell – if you want, Dynasty can then help you rent out or sell the house.
