Can I buy a Pattaya condo directly from the owner?
Yes. Many Pattaya condos are sold by private owners. Dynasty lists owner properties marked “Direct Owner”, arranges the viewing and helps with the questions buyers usually have, such as the foreign quota and the transfer at the Land Office.
Is it safe to buy from an owner I found on Facebook Marketplace?
Always check that the seller is the real owner named on the title deed, that the unit is available, and, for foreigners, that the building has foreign quota. Never pay a deposit before you have seen the property and its documents. Dynasty can check these points for you.
Can foreigners buy a direct owner condo?
Yes, under freehold title within the 49% foreign quota of the building. The owner’s unit must be transferable on the foreign quota. Ask us to confirm this for any listing.
How do I view a direct owner listing?
