The scheme is built around a communal pool and garden rather than a sea view. The two one-bedroom units we currently hold here, at around 38 and 51 sq.m, are larger than the one-bedroom units we list in the central Pattaya towers.
Location
The development is on Sukhumvit-Pattaya 87 Road in Nong Prue, Bang Lamung — off the Sukhumvit corridor, in the belt of residential streets behind the main city. Access to Sukhumvit Road puts the Outlet Mall, the Pattaya Floating Market and the routes south towards Jomtien and Na Jomtien within a short drive.
A note on area labelling: portal records file this development variously under Nong Prue, Central Pattaya and East Pattaya. The underlying address is Sukhumvit-Pattaya 87 Road, Nong Prue, and that is what we use.
Distance to the Beach
Portal records place the development approximately 3 km from the southern end of Jomtien Beach. This is an inland building — a drive to the sea, not a walk — and we do not present it as anything else.
