Project Overview
Lumpini Ville Naklua-Wongamat was developed by L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, a listed Thai developer known for high-density, well-managed city condominiums, and completed in June 2014.
Portal records describe the scheme as three towers of around 30 storeys holding roughly 2,168 units. We have been able to confirm the developer and the 2014 completion against more than one source, but not the building and unit counts, so treat those figures as indicative rather than established.
The units are small, and the common areas are shared across a large resident population — the pattern LPN uses across its city condominiums.
Location
The development is on the Pattaya–Naklua Road in Na Kluea, Bang Lamung — the main road running north out of Pattaya towards Naklua and the Wongamat headland. That puts the Naklua restaurant and market area, the Sanctuary of Truth and the northern beaches within a short distance, and Terminal 21 and Central Marina a few minutes south.
