Project Overview
Olympus City Garden was developed by Global Top Group and completed in January 2022. It comprises six eight-storey buildings holding 1,060 units in total — figures that two independent portal records agree on. The blocks are lettered, and both of Dynasty’s current units are in Building F.
The defining feature of the scheme is its water: five communal pools with a combined length of around 320 metres wind between the blocks. Being a 2022 completion, the building stock and common areas are still relatively new.
Location
The development is on Soi Kor Phai 4, off South Pattaya Road, in Nong Prue, Bang Lamung. That places it inland from the coast in the belt between South Pattaya and the Thepprasit corridor, with quick access to Sukhumvit Road.
A note on area labelling: Dynasty’s own listing for one unit here describes the development as Jomtien, while portal records place it on South Pattaya Road in Nong Prue. We have used the road address rather than the area label, and are correcting the listing.

Portal records place the development approximately 1.2 km from South Pattaya Beach — a short drive or motorbike ride rather than a walk. This is not a beachfront or beachside building.
