The Riviera Ocean Drive was completed in December 2022 and comprises a single 43-floor tower with 512 units. Like its sister projects it is sold fully furnished, and its signature feature is a set of units with private jacuzzi tubs on the balcony — two of which are currently on Dynasty’s books.
Location
The Riviera Ocean Drive is on Soi Jomtien 2, in the Nong Prue area of Jomtien, at the northern end of Jomtien close to the Dongtan Beach end of the strip. Sukhumvit Road and Thappraya Road are both a few minutes away, giving quick access north into Pattaya city and south towards Na Jomtien.
Distance to the Beach
Jomtien Beach North is roughly 0.5 km from the tower — about a 5-minute walk, with Dongtan Beach around 8 minutes on foot. It is a walk-to-the-beach project rather than a beachfront one, which is reflected in the price: comparable sea-view 1-bedroom rentals here run around 17,000–25,000 THB per month against materially higher figures in the true beachfront towers. Units on the upper floors facing west have sea views over Jomtien Bay; lower and eastern units look over the city.
