Silver Beach is one of the more unusual condominiums on the Pattaya coast: a 24-floor tower on Soi Regent Park Village in Na Kluea, roughly 100 metres from Wongamat Beach, with only 84 units in the entire building. The Sanctuary of Truth sits nearby, and Bangkok Hospital Pattaya is a straightforward drive. For buyers who want to be on the sea without being in the middle of the nightlife, this stretch is the usual answer, and Silver Beach sits about as close to the water as a building on this coast gets.

Who Silver Beach Suits

It suits buyers who want genuine floor area near the beach and are comfortable with an established 1990s building rather than a new development – long-stay residents, families needing three or more bedrooms, and owners who plan to renovate a large unit to their own taste. It is a low-density building, so it stays quiet, and a small community of owners means the building has a settled feel.

It is less suited to investors chasing short-term holiday rental turnover, or to buyers who want the facilities package of a 2020s tower.
