Project Overview
Supalai Mare Pattaya was developed by Supalai Public Company Limited and completed in 2016. It is a high-rise scheme of three towers, each of 35 storeys, arranged around a shared podium of facilities with a retail parade at ground level. Portal records differ sharply on the total number of units — one gives 1,154, another 162 — so we do not publish a unit count until we can confirm it from the juristic office.
The developer is a listed Thai housebuilder rather than a local Pattaya developer, The towers are tall enough that upper-floor units carry a sea aspect: the two units we hold on the 16th and 29th floors are both described as sea view.
Location
The development is on Thepprasit Road in Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, on the strip that connects Sukhumvit Road down towards Jomtien Beach. That puts it within a few minutes of Thepprasit Night Market, the Sukhumvit retail corridor and the northern end of Jomtien, while sitting back from the beach road itself. Dynasty’s own listings for the building variously describe it as Jomtien, South Pattaya and Pattaya City — the underlying address is Thepprasit Road, Nong Prue.
Distance to the Beach
Portal records place the development approximately 1.3 km from Dongtan Beach at the northern end of Jomtien. That is a short drive rather than a walk. The building is not beachfront and we do not present it as one, though upper-floor units do look out towards the sea.
