About The Edge Pattaya
The building was developed by Sansiri, one of Thailand’s largest listed developers, and completed in October 2021. It is a single 31-storey tower of 603 units on Pattaya Second Road in Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, one block behind Beach Road and approximately 0.3 km from South Pattaya Beach. It is not a beachfront building, but the sand is a walk of a few minutes away.
What sets it apart is where the facilities are. The pool and jacuzzi are on the 31st floor and the gym, residents’ lounge and co-working space are on the 30th. There is also a sauna and steam room, a garden area on the 5th floor, car parking, three passenger lifts and one service lift, and CCTV with one-card access and 24-hour security.
