About Supalai Mare Pattaya
Supalai Mare Pattaya is on Thepprasit Road in Nong Prue, between Sukhumvit Road and the northern end of Jomtien. It was developed by Supalai Public Company Limited, a listed Thai developer founded in 1989, and completed in 2016. Three 35-storey towers share a podium of facilities, with a retail parade at ground level.
The building is not beachfront: portal records put it about 1.3 km from Dongtan Beach, a short drive away. Upper-floor units have a sea outlook, while others face the city, so it is worth asking which way a unit faces before you view.
